Mine was 3 months after joining. I was surprised to learn that. All my other companies paid it out on first paycheck (2-3 weeks after joining).
Can you share how much was that? Want to understand the typical sign on.
I’m not eng so it might not be useful to you
Same. 90 days after joining it’s in the paycheck with taxes already deducted. If you leave before the year is over you have to pay back your bonus prorated per month
Google pays it with the first full paycheck. Similar to most places, you have to pay it back if you leave within a year.
By first full paycheck do you mean paycheck has to cover full 2 week period? And if the first paycheck covers only say 1 week it will not come with sign on?

If date of payment for sign on bonus could be a deal breaker for you, you might want to reconsider your priorities. Max TC or bust.
It’s not. An offer I got pays sign-on over a year and I was curious if that’s usually the case everywhere.
Wtf? Normally you get it on or near your start date, though you may have to pay it back if you quit less than a year in.
