My husband interviewed with Google last week. The recruiter called him the next day telling him that they were still collecting feedback but based on everything they had at the moment it looked positive and he wanted to submit the package to the hiring committee. My husband followed up one day after, the recruiter said he was still waiting for a couple people to submit their feedback. Anyone knows when the interviewers will submit their feedback? Any deadline? We thought it was hopeful but after hearing that not all feedback has been collected, we are not quite sure now. 😞
They ask for feedback within two days. Many people take up to 5... Don't sweat it.
The google hiring process is so painfully slow as compared to any other company out there. I think from interview to offer you should expect around 3-4 weeks on average. Hiring committee, team matching, compensation committee.
I talked to the recruiter in June.... Did loop in September and started in early November
They may never submit, 4 weeks and still waiting on a feedback
Same here. 2 weeks still waiting for feedback. Does that mean a reject or are they genuine about it?
How long did it eventually take for the decision ? If it ever came....

Heard congress distributing wealth
For me, it toke them a week to collect feedback(not sure why so slow), and another week for HC.
Hi did you get an offer in the end? The recruiter said we should be able to know the result next Tuesday (if they submit the package to HC).
I did. I think it’s pretty normal to wait for two weeks to pass HC.
