Lived 10+ yrs in the US (mostly bay area), need a change of air. Feel lost all of a sudden as to where I would be happy living! Software Eng. Career is important, but not so important that I'd have to live with 3 roommates in the Bay Area in my 30s 😂 (I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean). Non US citizen, single, early 30s. I prefer dense, international cities who are culturally open minded.
San Diego is an amazing place to live
Do you live in San Diego? Does Tesla have an office in San Diego? I was in San Diego for three days and what I saw that I really liked.
I'm fully remote for tesla but yes I do live in San Diego and after living in seattle and the bay area I love this place so much more. Great food, beautiful beaches and weather, great people and environment too!
Southeast asia ( Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam)
Other - Sweden Denmark or Netherlands
Booking.com and uber have offices in Amsterdam
And Amazon
Shenzhen
Lmao
Pyongyang
Switzerland of course
Delhi
Why do you need 3 roommates? If you're in your 30s and in tech you should be able to afford atleast a studio. I'm obviously assuming you didn't have some massive debt or financial loss.
True. Was a (slightly exaggerated) figure of speech, not a fan of how overpriced/dirty bay area has become over the years. There are better places out there.
Agreed! Nicer parts of NY and LA is no better.
Sao Paulo
Sydney, AU
That's what people keep telling me! I'll have to go visit.
I haven’t been to Europe, but Sydney is far better than any major US city, IMO.
