Finance business partner vs Finance manager role. The base offered by LC is 7% lower than Autodesk would. I also don't have information yet about the equity % at Autodesk. Does anyone know the range?
Take Autodesk....LC is going down
Go to Autodesk.
Autodesk pays good severance when you get laid off , so I would recommend you to join Autodesk.
Lmao! 😂😂
I would advice you not to choose LendingClub. But if you are talking about severance even before joining then you have issues with that company
I thought LC improved their earnings in the recent quarter. Stock price also has gone up 20% in the last few months. What's so bad about that?
Dude, last year numbers were so bad that this year’s numbers are looking good. Nothing drastically changed. And that stock price is a mess. It used to be more than 50% two years back and more than 100% three years back. There is no real leadership, ad-hoc CTO, employees leaving left and right, no long terms, no new products, everyone’s job is to meet next quarter numbers, shit politics and 0% transparency. I guess Oracle is also a depressing place to work so there might not be a big change for you so just take the offer.
Autodesk but do negotiate double the RSU that they offer you initially. Fake what you have at Oracle as far as RSU goes as that cannot be checked.
What level at autodesk? They’ve also recently changed the policy from share based to value based.
Hmmm I have no idea. The title is Finance business partner
Hey Lemon, don’t do this much research and asking. I am sure you will crash & burn in your next job or get fired from Oracle.
I think the earnings released today by LC should make that decision very easy.
Lending club any day
You get stock options, not equity
Recruiter told me it'd be RSUs
