Which company is best to have on your resume?
Most people I talk to about crypto tell me I should have accounts in few (around 5) in different exchange sites. Currently I only use Binance and KuCoin (for alts). I was trying to sign up in Bittrex too, but registrations are closed since December 15th. I'm watching some coins that look interesting to me, many of which do not exist in either Binance or KuCoin. The exchanges that have markets for those are mostly the ones that I haven't heard about and they don't have good reviews. For example, I was interested in buying some Bytecoin, but the exchanges (except Bittrex - closed) don't seem to be reliable. Which 5 exchanges do you guys suggest and have had good experience with, which covers most of the alt coins?
Binance
I use binance but it provided limited coins. Only most major alts.
Curious about this too. Anyone know anything about cryptopia?
They don't seem to have a good reputation. Looking at the comments under their Twitter posts, everyone's complaining. Seems like they have just reopened registrations (3hr ago). They have a good set of coins listed (PAC for example) but I can't trust them. I've been watching PAC for a while, but hasn't been able to find a reliable exchange for that yet!
Make sure you store your coins off of the exchanges.
Cryptopia (based in New Zealand) if you're looking for alts. They have some low cap gems like ZOI and UIS that have had significant growth. The exchange isn't on the same level as Bittrex or Binance in terms of volume, but is safe/reliable to trade and get in on some lesser known coins before(if) they hit larger exchanges.
Gemini
Mercatox, EtherDelta, Kraken
