We all know that TC growth is faster when we jump ship than wait for internal promotion or merit increase. I am curious which companies actually rewards tenure by like giving really good refresher or really good TC bump. I heard Bloomberg and Two Sigma gives good merit increases to prevent employees from leaving. Curious if this is true and any other companies that does this.

State Farm. If you retire with SF, you get a company paid pension. They’re taking it away for new hires starting in 2021.
Any company with great refresher will do, like Google, Apple etc.
