Which FAANG-level company will re-offer without interview if you declined them?

From my research, G and F interview is not team specific, and their offers are good for 1-year, meaning that you can reject them then undo the reject? What about other companies like AMZN, Uber, MSFT, Apple, Lyft and NVIDIA. Has anyone heard stories where the candidate reject (but in a nice and polite way), changed their mind and got back the offer without reinterview? Let's assume this 'I changed my mind' is done within a month or two max.
