The 2 years at Amazon + 3 years at Google just screams that you hated it at Amazon and left money on the table (since only 20% of your stocks vested).
Or maybe you used unvested stocks to negotiate really hard with Google?
And people won't think you are just good at Leetcode (common perception here, I don't believe G folks are just good at Leetcode)? And that you are a good engineer functionally too?
Sure, it is one of the biggest single source of candidates for other companies.
When I interview, I haven't come accross a single one without at least one ex softie in the loop, sometimes the whole loop.
