Put those on list of places I'm least likely to buy a house, but to each their own. Probably most affordable for what you get in American dream sort of way. However, if you like doing city things or work in it longer commute.
Depends on lots of factors. Schools matter to you? Walking distance to things? Transit? Everywhere in Austin kinds sucks traffic wise now tbh
Schools doesn't matter. Care more about distance to things to do, places to eat
Price point? Looking at house only or cool with loft?
