Which company has better insurance for pregnancy.

I work at Microsoft and my wife works at Amazon.

We are having our first child next year. Which company has better deal to cover our situation? Should my wife stay at her current insurance (amazon) or should she move under my insurance (Microsoft)?

As I never had a baby before I would like to hear some advice from people who had same question before . :)
