Based on your interactions on Blind, and elsewhere, which company on here do you think has the most toxic culture?
The company which rejected you in the interview
So all of them?
Walmart?
Apple
Amazon and Uber
I have not met a single person in Uber now who doesn't like it in there. Don't know how it was last year though.
My wife and I worked at FB/G. I’m now at Uber and I love it here. Not nearly as many perks, but amazing mission, huge opportunity, plenty to do and great people. Definitely comparable, if you can get over the fluffy perks.
I know it depends on your team, but I have some close friends at Amazon who make it sound like a horror show. Trapped by those golden handcuffs though.
Amazon couldn't even hide the cultures during the interview. Lots of shitty small startups out there too.
According to Blind most Google folks are nice and have empathy and most rude comments come from Amazon.
Amazon. Specifically the warehouses (FC) organization.
Aerospace/defense companies have the worst culture.
Definitely the case from my own experience.
Do you mean Tesla as well?
