Which company to choose for good WLB and career?
I recently interviewed at a bunch of places and expecting offers from the following 4 companies, don’t have the numbers yet. Good WLB and long term career growth are my main priorities. I interviewed for infrastructure teams at all of them (for senior engineer level) Which one should I choose? Currently E5 at FB, TC: 350k, yoe: 5
How bad is it at FB? Considering joining as E5 with similar numbers as yours in infra and I’d appreciate some perspective and examples. Thanks!
Google would be my choice: good pay & WLB, though there might be some stagnation in career growth

I think team matters more than company for work-life balance. But make sure to ask questions targeted at it when you interview. For example you could ask how the answer on call, or rollbacks, or crunch time.
