Which countries are easier to travel to for Honeymoon for Indian passport holders?

Looking to travel outside of the US for our Honeymoon. It has been pending since last year as we had to cancel our trip due to pandemic. Well, we both have Indian passport, which apparently does not have much power. I can not fathom idea of getting Schengen (shitgen?) visa for traveling to EU. Otherwise, Paris, Venice would have been nice.

We are in PNW (north Portland) region therefore don't want to spend 25-30 hours in flights. Seychelles is nice but too far from here. Bora Bora is close by (~ 12 hours) but we haven't got vaccines and it looks like frequent testing. We also need visa to French Polynesia.

I have checked South American countries but I have no idea about climate and if it's going to be hot or humid in a couple of months. Costa Rica, Aruba are nice places we are thinking about. We have scratched off Maldives and Bali as it will be crowded and too much India like experience.
We are looking to spend $5k-$10k but that's not much of a concern.

Any suggestions?
