Hi, I have a two offers, one from fortinet and other from HPE(Aruba Networks). Current Job: YOE:5 (Embedded Software Engineer) CTC: 150K Current Offers: Fortinet: TC: 210K (Role: Programing in C user space code for their 5G devices mostly NAT application) HPE: TC 170K (Role: Cloud application Engineer: Programming: GoLang, Route orchestration Team,Dockers and Kubernetes) I am thinking to consider HPE, considering career growth and new technologies. Looks like HPE opportunity will allow you to move to cloud from embedded space. Cloud is growing at much faster pace. So if you want to be in the cloud space join HPE.

HPE aruba is not worth it. Check how many people have left in last few months. Check how many times layoff has happened in last 1 year. Maybe join fortinet and switch team later?
I mean excluding finance, still its unsafe to consider
