Which one do u like - DoorDash or UberEats ?

Uber Eats recently lost me because of shitty customer service. Me and my wife waited for our food for almost 2 hours only to go to bed hungry. Trying Caviar right now.

I’ve used DoorDash almost every Saturday for two years. I think I’ve only had three mishaps and only one of those wasn’t dealt with satisfactorily. My only problem with them is they outright lie about their pricing. They claim no surcharge yet charge a markup that I know for a fact is about 80%. On top of that they charge their fees and expect you to tip yet that tip means less money they pay the driver. They get the same for your delivery regardless unless you tip a lot. Uber is hit or miss whether the driver will eat most of your food before it arrives according to every single person I know that uses them.

Doordash, Eat24, and Caviar.

DoorDash’s delivery guy stole my food once! I was checking GPS and he completed the transaction when he wasn’t even close by! He then claimed that he knocked on my door and no one responded so he left the food outside. I WAS waiting outside you bastard! I was so hangry I could kill a puppy. That was the last time I ordered from them smh

Doordash lost us due to a series of bad drivers and stolen/missing food. Never tried UberEats but we use GrubHub and sometimes Bitesquad now. Gotta watch the service fees on Bitesquad tho.

Caviar or amazon prime now. Door dash is expensive and unreliable

I have had great experience with Doordash. The customer service is great in case of a mishap. It’s still early days with these services. So errors are expected.
