Which one is better? Moving to SDN/DC/ Cloud infra product Orgs vs Network roles in FAANG

YoE ~12 with different QA roles in Juniper and customer facing experience TC - 170k Wanna take a well thought next step. Like the current work and QA role I do, however to go up the ladder ( TC ) need to make a move. Have an idea on the roles / responsibilities and what to focus on while prepping for tech discussion with Arista / Versa / Arrcus / network product related company's. However, wanna know how a typical day would be for an network engineer at FAANG. Are most of these roles related to network operations and monitoring ? Are there network design roles too ? Is the technical discussion emphasis predominantly on networking concepts ? Or heavily in programming skills ?
