What have you added to your rotation and why did you like it?
I recently made summer rolls with peanut sauce. Rice paper was a pain, but the peanut sauce was simple and delicious, and the rolls are a great way to eat more raw vegetables. Definitely making more.

I love eating burrata but restaurants rob you plus they don’t make it with all the nice ingredients. I learnt to make that one too and instantly got to satisfy my cravings while not spending $15+ on an appetizer
I love the concept of texmexbowls like those in chipotle but can’t stand the sodium and transfats. Making a big batch of beans, rice, soyrizo, etc. helps me eat chipotle style bowl every week without going to chipotle. I could also put this in a taco and I have good tacos.
I hate the amount of oil used in Indian cooking. Anybody can make food taste good if they pour a gallon of oil and bucket full of salt. The challenge is to do with less oil and less salt and that is what I aspire for. Also no onion/really less onion in my cooking because I don’t want my house to smell like an Indian restaurant for the rest of the day
I learnt how to make kimchi and that is so useful. At times, when I feel I want something savoury on top of my food, I add that. I put it on literally everything and anything
And silken tofu. I blend it with avocado and Serrano to get a creamy dressing for salads. I blend it with chocolate to get chocolate mousse. I blend it with mango to get mango mousse. Dessert + protein for the win
Also a backup dish for me is just a really simple stir fry with anything I have. Tuna as a backup meat if nothing else. Frozen veggies as a backup if nothing else in that department. I use any noodles or rice I feel like at the time, and any make up of sauce I want, sometimes I add a curry roux cube.
It won't be my last
Maybe with some parmesan too next time, if I don't forget again ;-)
