Which team at Apple gets best refresher?
Been seeing on blind IS&T org sucks HW is rough , Mfg ops is bad , so is it only SW groups that get 1-1.2 x of base as refresher ?
Wow so all those posts of getting 150 -160k annual refreshers is all BS?
1-1.2 is a bit optimistic. More like 0.7-1.0 I think. Got 0.9 last year (base 184, refresh 165)
Promo year you can double that too. But after the ict3=>ict4 it is very hard to get the next one.
Hmm I’ll be joining as ICT4 probably on lower end . HR told me it’s usually 0.5 of base which is like 85 k for me. I’m in HW Ops which has about 20-25 % travel. I read those who travel a lot get more rsu which doesn’t make sense as I can travel the whole year and not get shit done . So wondering how refreshers pan out in operations
I’ve seen some pretty amazing refreshers from IS&T actually. SPG generally has a high refreshers bar from folks I know. Eddy’s org seems to do well. Siri seems to be where you go if you want top pay. I’ve never received less than 100k in refreshers myself.
I’m in Corporate Retail and my last refresher was almost 1x my base. Previous years always above 0,75x my base. Last refresher $170K

Generally get $150k but some years can be $165
