Which team in Amazon is best for work and early promotion
I joined Amazon as SDE-1, 4 months back, fresher. I am looking for a team in which i can get good work to get early promotion.

I am giving my all in every task. But it seems a weird trend in our team has been set that no one will get promoted before 2 years, no matter how hard they work
Promotion will come when you suck up to management hard enough. You can be a high impact team player, but if you are bad at communication or if you are on the wrong side of your line manager, expect a PIP.
