At Microsoft it would be Senior Systems Engineer Lead. Makes more sense, IMO
Can you elaborate?
S e n i o r S y s t e m s E n g i n e e r L e a d
Lead Architect Principal Senior Systems Engineer
Ultra Extreme Super Violent Senior Lead Systems Engineer
Distinguished member technical staff
Super Senior Principal Lead Architect Distributed Systems Engineer
Almighty Senior Supreme-being Lead of more Jr. Senior Supreme-beings who also do Systems Engineering
Both sound desperate

Avoid teams with only Chinese or Indians especially with a Chinese/Indian manager
Neither. Why do you need both senior and lead?
Lead = quasi people manager, mentors and trains others, etc. Senior = tenured, but may not act in a traditional lead capacity.
I did both, so trying to figure out how best to convey this.
