I wouldn’t say that we don’t deserve our TCs but I would say that others deserve far more. Surely a great teacher does more good for society than I do, and yet...
What ml models do you build
I have serious imposter syndrome about my TC. 295 base + 225 rsu + 75 bonus (per year, for each) I more than doubled my TC from my last job (late stage startup with unlikely IPO prospects), but I'm working harder than I ever have because I'm still amazed that I'm getting paid this much.

no, Software Architect doing ML engineering. (although I'm in meetings so often, I feel like I'm basically a manager, most days)
I don't make much, so I think I earn what I do make.
HR thinks so
I work hard at my current job, but I worked even harder when I was a teenager earning $8/hr working in the service industry. But in the service industry, I didn't make my company millions in revenue every year. And now I do. So yes I think I deserve my current salary.
I’m definitely a parasite I don’t do anything. I’m making 300k+ but I’m really a useless ML guy that works ~20 hours a week.

I sometimes feel guilty but only for 5 seconds or so. What can I say god is great!
