  Yeah, text->pic-> video, the media to transfer information is evolving. Pinterest is moving toward to video format too, (healthy, inspirational ones)

  If we directly compare it with the community building and sharing of tiktok and YouTube, I think YouTube shorts or similar will be your closest competitor. It's definitely a hard space to be in, but I think Pinterest is very "sticky", more than YouTube perhaps. Tiktok I think is yet to prove itself

  I would say it is slightly higher than Google/FB L5 but if you are in a level equivalent to FB/G L5 then they know you won't accept our L4 so they have to give you L5. Idk how easy it is to get 280k salary but it's like 210 or 220k minimum which should roughly match your current since it's a higher refresh but no stacking.
