Who to contact in a large company for partnership?

Let’s say that my startup wants to do a partnership with a large company like Apple or Google. Who do I contact? Some biz dev department? Where can I find contact details of these departments, or am I supposed to get them by networking?

Yep find a BD or industry vertical team. Network through LinkedIn or have your existing sales/account management connect you. Honestly though, unless you're doing something unique and amazing, there will be minimal engagement. These teams are typically more proactive and have existing target lists vs dealing with random inbounds. They will look to you to prove out value first by being a big/good customer first.

Yeah, I’m not counting on receiving a response, but now I have something to work with. Thanks!

Yes to networking as others have commented. All large tech companies have partner programs with varying tiers. You will eventually need to join one of their partner program tiers to get included on meaningful joint GTM and deals. You will need to shell out $$$$$ to get into their conferences and on stage.
