Hulu execs, except for Data leader, lost the political fights and have all left. TC switching to Disney comp which is very low. If you can get a FANG equiv role, no question go FANG. If not, Disney/Hulu is still better than rest of legacy media.
Sinking ship. Everyone - regardless of whether they got a promotion or not - only received 2-3% raise this year, after they lowered our compensation earlier this summer. They stripped benefits for us earlier this year - e.g. decreasing bonus percentage (which is the majority of the compensation), taking away health benefits, removing any perks that used to be unique to Hulu (theyre even considering taking away free Hulu for employees), etc etc. Most legacy Hulu people have left, unless you’re trying to work for a company where everyone else has only worked there a couple months too, pass on the offer.
I got 390k tc for a lead engineer role recently , 7 yoe remote from bay area. I am confusing that so many Hulugan are complaining the low pay here, but I do have some concern on culture change reviews.
