I don't go on LinkedIn all that much so when I do I usually have a ton of pending invitations. I like to quickly evaluate if I want to accept a strangers profile by looking over their profile and make sure they aren't going to spam me or something. On Android, LinkedIn's interface does a great job letting you quickly evaluate profiles and then returns to the rest of the pending requests. Unfortunately, every time I try to go through these pending requests, I get accused of using a automation tool and my account gets locked. There's no way for me to contact support and express the issue as when your account gets locked, you cant sign in and you need to sign in to contact support on LinkedIn (horrible product design). Would love for someone to take this feedback back to the product team and/or connect me with someone who can help me get my account unlocked or provide an email address I can contact. I'm currently thinking about just stopping using LinkedIn altogether..
OP. Just curious, if this reproducible via web or iOS.... this is no way is defending LKDN’s approach but wondering if this is isolated to implementation on Android or overall product’s workflow...
Lol. You may be unlocked if upgrading to premium. It’s our core culture that (Paid) member comes first
Well I can't do that if I can't log in, now can I?
@Ydv7)8: WOW, really? So paid members can be allowed to abuse the system (if that’s how the system is evaluating user actions) Is that something you had before (as a culture) or something you adopted after being acquired by MSFT? 😊
Does LinkedIn hire designers? Is it just me that find the overall design of the website looks outdated?
Care to share more details? Happy to listen here.
Why does Facebook suck and that is actually the right question :) , I haven’t gone to Facebook in a year , as a professional LinkedIn is my best friend
Yuk I feel your pain though
LinkedIn tries too hard to be like Facebook
The same thing has happened to me for the same reason. LinkedIn Abuse needs to fix their shit.
Just curious, what’s the workflow “visit our help center”?
Sorry but, You forgot. To space your posts. Just like this. #INSPIRATION
He was 55 years old. "Not a chance", said my senior director. "He's a liability, not an asset" -- the hiring manager. I furrowed my eyebrows. How could they not realize it? It was my turn to speak. "Everyone", I began. "Jim is the best candidate." Certainly, he was. I continued, recounting the story we shared during our fifty minutes. Such little time. I concluded by citing the core values of our company. Everyone looked around. After what seemed like an eternity, one person nodded. Then another. Within a minute, even my senior director was nodding. Jim got the job. Today, he's our top performer. And I just signed his promotion papers. #VIRTUE #HIRING #SMASHTHELIKEBUTTON

What happens to a product when it gets acquired by Microsoft? Exactly!
LOL. Beginning of the end?
