Can you hear all this noise? It's everywhere: on linkedin, in the office, all types of "expert sites", conferences... Self-proclaimed "gurus", "industry experts", "thought leaders" preaching about stuff without actually saying anything, or stating the obvious, and without ever having done anything meaningful hands-on in their lives. Pumped up LinkedIn profiles full of buzzwords. People thriving on buzzwords and seasonal trends that never sit their ass down to actually solve an actual problem or come up with an idea. How come those people have so much success?!
Confidence is confused with competence. See: Donald Trump.
Don't worry my friend Trump will weed these elite windbags out of existence ..
Feels like how the stock market is right now

Electric scooter companies are getting Billion dollar valuations...Care to explain your POV?
Yes. Talent and hardwork are going down the sewage in the face of fake media. Considering how full of shit and empathy devoid most leaders are, things will hardly get any better.
Because they are adding value.
I can't agree with you. Such fake people only hold back their companies. Real talent see through their mask of BS and just stop caring because obviously the company doesn't value talent but politicians.
That's a fairly naive opinion
Why? Because many people know how to play “the game” and are better at it that you.
If only it was a game... Unless you mean the game is to drive the company's value into the ground. Too many companies start off on a good idea, even get to a working implementation and then grow to the point of hiring such hot air balloon managers and then no one realizes the problem before the it's too late to save the company from a horrific crash. The balloons survive and go haunt another company.
Because we're in a massive bubble. When that pops, they will get theirs.
