I have interviewed with World Wide Technology, Indeed, & Goldman Sachs. Damn they are taking so much time after the onsite interview to respond. If they feel my performance is not good, why don't they just give a reject asap. Won't they even forget the candidate performance on the interview by taking this long time?. It is really difficult for me to give interviews for many companies at a time. Current TC : 100k
Only thing you can do is literally forget and focus on next interviews. The problem is that you are trying to control things you can't: recruiters giving you the result. Just accept the reality and move on.
Can I touch the Alpaca?

Define long
a month, 2 weeks, & a month.
Interviewers will write their feedback within 1-2 days. But they do not make decision, hiring committee does based on written feedback, so forgetting you is not an issue.
They are interviewing other candidates because they haven't found a strong hire. I've had a company send me a reject two months after the on site
Because you don't have other offers
Interviewers availability to discuss and write a feedback. Other candidates availability. Background and references check can slip. Also other companies suck while amazon delivers 2&5 promise. Seriously.
Indeed was hyperslow for post-onsite steps for most of 2019 due to hiring freeze. It should be better by now though.
Way better now. During the freeze I was doing no interviews. Now at least twice a week.
Sometimes they won’t respond at all. Word on street is Issac Newton is still waiting to hear back from Albertsons. Edit: to be fair they did send him an Apple.
I have taken a complete day for each of these interviews off work, at least I deserve to know the result.
I agree with u. But sometimes they just don’t. :(
