Any reason in specific? New grads with BS are easily offered 150k stocks and 50k-100k signing bonus while industry hires get as low as 75k stocks?
Numbers are also not absolute, highly depends on the location, Seattle is not as hot as SF, so numbers are not as high.

4 yoe, L64, 180k/250k/60k was my offer. I couldn't control myself and laughed at the recruiter on the phone when they gave these numbers after 3 weeks of negotiation and 2 competing offers. I will go there when I decide to retire.
