Why doesn't Expedia give RSUs to employees like other brands?
I am working at Expedia group for 2 years as an SDE II and I didn't receive any RSUs when I joined. My TC: Base including EPF: 23LPA Sign on bonus: 2L on first year After completing my first year I got 0% hike even after being a proactive team player as my manager told me. Don't know what Expedia has to offer for this year. Most folks have already left. I am not sure if I should do the same or wait till mid 2022. #expediagroup #expedia #expediasalary

Expedia gives RSUs to its employee.
I joined as SDE-2 (India) in 2021 and I received RSU worth $17500 (25% vesting for first year, Quarterly vesting of 6.25% from second year).
Yoe? TC? %age increment on previous TC?
I joined last year in London and I received RSUs
Your manager is not giving you RSUs
What you should be doing is 1) TC or gtfo 2) LC and gtfo
