Low pay Hostile to remote work Stupid low bar above new grad. For L4 they still don’t ask system design 🤣 New grads are mostly interns who lucked out on their coding questions. Senior engineers from outside are all shit due to low bar and bad pay. Hiring process is extremely slow Work culture doesn’t reward impact. No wonder their products are so dead end and lack innovation. Lots of egos work there who think they hot shit for changing the CSS on a button at Google. The wokeness is everywhere and nauseating
