Why is Glassdoor bad?
Why is Glassdoor consistently less than half of other sites for many companies? Is there some bias in their system or is the data just old?

Glassdoor is often missing stock based compensation and bonuses. Also old data.

tooQ10 Apr 30, 2019Glassdoor has pretty accurate salary figures for my employer, but then again our salaries haven't budged in a decade. We get nice vicious reviews too; they're a cathartic pleasure to read.
Salary data are old. Reviews are stuffed.
