Why is your service and apps so crappy?

don’t worry nflx inferior to bittorrent. at least prime gets u 2 day shipping also
I can muscle through the obnoxiously dumb ads you're running every 5min in my PAID subscription. But the TV app crashing after every ad and having to watch it again when I resume the episode just makes you a special kind of crappy
