Why only target non immigrants

Non immigrants such as H1b, L1, H4 EAD are hardly 1 million out of 328 million US popultion. Why just target such a minority group. Also, these 1 million people really a huge threat to US unemployment?

      Wait sorry getting rid of teen talak was targeting Muslims? Letting the rest of India finally go in one of it's own State is targeting Muslims? I've lived in Gujarat - where the guy was CM for decade+, and I had 30-40% Muslims in our class and all were treated equally. In fact good amount of them were the cool kids lol. I've friends in India rn (half of them Muslims), they're not telling me they're (who btw day by day are increasing in %) are oppressed. Modi's about equality. Getting in company based on merit, not religion. Getting in school based on merit, not religion. I recall h1bs are demanding the same thing in US? Lol. Modi's not perfect by any means but I haven't heard of any POLICY he's made as PM that is targeting Muslims. I may be ignorant. Please feel free to shed some light. Again, I'm looking for a POLICY/LAW he's made that doesn't give Muslims equal opportunities in India.

      Also, voting for Modi doesn't mean you support him. It just means he's not as bad as Pappu. Lol voting for Trump doesn't mean you gotta love Trump, just means you think you're picking the less damaging of the two sides.
