Literally can't debate, because if you do, he'll just manipulate everyone into hating you. And if that doesn't work, he'll produce frivolous and vexatious HR reports.
Don't believe everything in the plaintiff's unanswered lawsuit. Tim was fired first for performance related reasons, and then second because he was being an asshole about it.
He hid behind his diversity to try and protect himself, but HR would have none if that shit and showed him the door. Low performers are all treated the same: fired after given many (imho too many) chances to step up. Tim know better and made a political fight about it anyway. To be honest if he was an alt-right type he would have been fired on the first low performer intervention, his diversity made the process more drawn out.
That mashable quote was from their reading of the lawsuit, and is what I meant about "being an asshole about it.". It's the point that Tim needs to make for the lawsuit. If he, as a diverse employee, was meeting or exceeding performance expectations then his post Damore shenanigans would have gotten him less than termination (which is what some of the other diverse or diverse ally employees got who were performing up to standard but otherwise misbehaving).
Yes you can be fired for being white. Try being on a team with all Asians and you just don't fit in. How do I know? Because it happened to me and there isn't shit a lawyer could do because I'm not in a protected class.
You might not have been able to find a lawyer who would take you seriously and/or who thought you had a case, but I think it’s at least in principle illegal in the US to fire someone for being white.
That fat fuck was fired for being violent, quick to anger, rabble-rousing and threatening to other employees. This all will come up in the discovery phase. Eagerly awaiting the trial.

Can’t debate anyone with those kind of credentials

Sounds like he was the racist and not the one fighting racism. Just cause it's racist against white men doesn't mean it's not racist.
