Will GS match my offer of 84 LPA?

Joined GS as a Product Manager in a new revenue generating division approximately a year back. Recently got an offer from a startup for TC of 84 LPA (73 base + 11 bonus). Will GS match this offer? Current TC: 53 (45 base + 8 bonus) YoE: ~8 yr Additional data points: 1. I am the only PM on the team. We had another PM contractor but he/she left late last year. My boss could ideally pickup the slack if I also leave but he has been lately shifting many responsibilities to me after the contractor left. 2. My review was kind of OK but definitely not good or great. Was asked to improve on a couple of parameters.
