VMWare is doubling down on kubernetes, and Google is the leader but is struggling to gain cloud marketshare. As adoption of k8s increases, will Google consolidate its cloud with VMWare to be a strong competitor to the AWS/Azure dominance? Think ATT, Verizon, with Tmobile and Sprint attempting to merge to be a serious contender at 3rd.
VMware is using either AWS or Azure for hosting their services. It doesn’t make sense for google to acquire them. Also, fact check: most of the k8s (51%) is hosted on AWS.

So Google buys Dell then Get ready to be part of the #NooglerGang2020
Doubt those DNAs will gel together. Not happening
VMware would be way better off working with all of the cloud vendors. VMware does not need gcp
Dell will not sell. Dell gets a seat at the table with major cloud providers because of VMW.
