Will LinkedIn revoke h1b ?

Will LinkedIn revoke h1b petition if I do an h1 transfer and join another company ? Also if I join on notice to new company got RFE after several months, what will be my status ? Should I leave the country ASAP or provide more doc, work and wait until RFE got cleared ?

Dude ask your attorney. You don't have to leave for a RFE, if it gets denied though, you have to leave

LinkedIn will not know about your h1 transfer . Worst case u can continue back at LinkedIn if rejections happen. That’s the advantage u have if u join only after transfer approval . Now that the premium is open , you should have the new company try that premium route so that u get ur results within 2 weeks
