Omg as much as you'll are going to recommend therapy and having a mental checkup (popular opinion here) I just want to be in my PJ's stay home and watch Netflix; sip some warm drink and wait for winter to get over and wait for the busy time of year to kick in. I mean, I think everyone should be in therapy. It's just healthy. That said, it's okay to just chill and relax sometimes. If it doesn't bother you or affect you negatively, no problem. You may also consider whether it is related to Seasonal Affective Disorder if you're somewhere without sun like Seattle. Getting a SAD lamp may give you more energy.
