Withdraw to Dollars outside of Coinbase/GDAX?

Feb 15, 2018 19 Comments

I’ve got crypto in wallets, Binance, Bittrex, and Coinbase. I’d like to take some money off the table and into my bank account, but would prefer that not be done with Coinbase/GDAX. Anybody know how else I can withdraw?

My guess is OP is afraid that the transaction is traceable to a real person, hence, taxable when coinbase reports to IRS or report as suspicious activity.

Maybe you can just... Pay the taxes? You'll pay money now or time in prison later.

I know how much I’ve made but how do you calculate it all when every transfer should be taxed? Super weird. Also y’all really over-react about taxes. No one is going to prison for a few thousand owed for crypto taxes

If you're looking to liquidate over 100K, use an OTC like Cumberland Mining. Would never use an exchange to cash out due to the restrictions and fees that are imposed.
