I just applied at Reddit for a newly open position I’m excited about and qualified for.
1. Is it too late to get a referral? If not, is anyone willing to help me out?
2. I am wondering how long Reddit recruiters typically take to contact applicants they are interested in. Asking because I’m in the final round of interviews and awaiting offers at a few other FAANG & non-FAANG tech companies. This is my first time in this position and I’m curious how people line up multiple offers and keep companies at bay while they interview elsewhere. I’d be so bummed if I signed a contract before Reddit reached out.
TC: $160
YOE: 7 (2 @ FAANG)
ROLE: UX

2. Our recruiters can be slow and a lack of timely response is not an indication of rejection
