      Mortgage agents make a percentage of their deals. If you are able to form a network of clients and build from there you'll be able to get a decent income. Especially if you're targeting high Net Worth individuals and homes.

      Yea. SWE/DS is a niche skill, while this is open for all, thus higher competition for each $. If someone is alrdy in IT, should they switch ?
