  I have seen Seniors from Microsoft(63-64) and high L5/ new L6 going as senior in Flexport. With 1 Yoe, I think SDE2 at Flexport is a win. How long to senio would probably depend on your performance.

  Thanks for DP. Actually my another offer is Senior SDE at Coupang. Thinking about whether senior title will be helpful for future movement. (like get another senior title (in another company) for next movement. (Not need to promote then)
