Work like balance at The Hartford

depends which org you work in. I worked in IT Finance about 5 years ago. I worked 80 hour weeks. Burnt out fast. My friend is a dev and seems to have a good balance.

I heard they work you fairly hard in the Hartford CT office but that will be shutting down soon. It depends on the department but generally they have high expectations. Source: best friend works there
