Hi All!! I am a employee of Indian consultancy company and got onsite opportunity for two year at Netherlands. Now i have tried job outside and got offers. Currently i am on ICT visa (Intra company transfer) and if i am joining other company. They will provide me visa sponsorship. I have a notice period for 3 months. In this case, when should i resigned from current company. Should I wait until i recieved high skilled Migrant visa sponsorship or i can resigned from the current company and meanwhile my new company will work to get my visa. Looking for suggestions. #Netherlands #Europe #Visa #HSM-visa
I suggest, don’t leave company until you get your new visa done.
I think, you are right, company will wait for candidates. You should be able to explain the situation to companies and they will be fine
You can resigned tomorrow
He does should wait for visa complete process to resigned current job.
Furnish salary offers received for each, then we will be able to suggest.
It is so unfortunate that someone who can't even write a simple English sentence is getting a chance to work in Netherlands. I hate these "Indian Consultancy" firms who make huge profits by body shopping these ppl to foreign countries. OP, you are lucky to have gotten this opportunity. Please make the most of it and improve your English language skills!
People who work at Netherlands and coming from India. Please share your experience and suggestion
Some employers able to get HSM approval within 15 days and for some it take couple months. Talk to your employer and ask about their average. Based on that take middle ground.
