Recruiter told me that Workday does not provide visa sponsorship for level P2 and below, atleast for Product Manager roles. Is this true? Also, she said P3 level requires atleast 5 YoE if bachelor's and 2 YoE if Master's. How strictly are these rules actually enforced?
The lower requirement of 2 years for having Master's degree is interesting. Would like to know if anyone or anyone know's of someone who made avail of this.
Workday only sponsors for P3+ for all roles not just PM. 5 yoe for P3 isn’t a strict requirement. This is just the internal guideline but you can qualify if you have the right experience or background. Up to discretion of hiring manager
I have bachelor and 2 yoe. Would be trying to be swe
I think she said they are strict a about 5 YoE when it comes to visa sponsorship
