Working at Apple Cupertino HQ

Hi--I'm interested in several positions at Apple at the HQ office. Should I try to get a current Apple employee whom I know to refer me? Will this improve my chances? Thanks in advance as I plan my next big move. Really appreciate any advice at all about the interview process.

There is nothing in the world more valuable to hiring managers than a personal recommendation. That said, it has to be a meaningful one from someone they trust. What kind of job?

Pm me. It helps but it really depends on the specific situation

A referral only really help if the referrer knows both you and somebody in the team hiring. Any Apple employee can put your resume in the HR systems, but it won't be seen by the hiring manager unless somebody actually email them your resume.
