How is the culture and general feel at Fitbit Is it a sinking ship ? Got approached by a recruiter

Apple to Fitbit? Don't. Had a bunch of folks who left to Apple and they like it there.
Depends on which role but overall Iād say the company is at a low point and trending down. People are intelligent and collaborative and the best part about working here. Attrition is high however due to weak upper management and indecisive leadership. I would say morale is pretty low. Definitely feels like a sinking ship. I wouldnāt recommend for a software role.
The IT department is just a revolving door
The only positive thing about working at fitbit is the work life balance. If it wasnāt for the wlb, Iād be out

People are super smart and super nice. I like working here, but I would not jump ship from Apple. Times are tough here. But you could possibly uses that as an advantage to get higher pay if you're smart
Definitely consider it - not all FANG companies are shiny on the inside. I personally love Fitbit
