Can anyone provide any insight into how it is working at Gusto? They have an SF and Denver office and I'm looking to see if they are a right fit.
I'm looking for more information regarding WLB, engineering problems, people.
Can be very political and micro managed depending on team. Interviewed and rejected for the above reasons. This could be a bad advice, I could be totally wrong and assumptive/I could have made a big mistake rejecting the offer but I definitely felt the team I spoke to at gusto were trying to show off on who the most important person was.
Is bad
Care to elaborate?
