Working at Kraken?

Curious if anyone that works in the crypto space has thoughts on Kraken. A recruiter reached out and piqued my interest after their banking license, but also feel like they’re not quite at the level of a Coinbase or Binance. Curious what people’s thoughts are. TC: 160k, PMM

I work in the crypto industry and have been using Kraken for several years now. I find their engineering team quite solid (they're big in Rust).
