Working at weave

https://www.getweave.com/ Hoping to get some insight from a current or former employee. They won a Glassdoor thing, but is the company actually worth working for? Things I care most about are wlb, growth opportunity, and solid operations. Jobs page says the architecture is microservices in golang, which is an architecture I am familiar with and a fan of. From someone that has worked there: is it stable, or operational hell? What are ratings/promotion like, and how is the wlb? Asking specifically for software engineer position.
